The rooms are designed to be delivered turnkey, allowing for quick and efficient installation in just two to three days per room (excluding walls and electricity). Management is simplified thanks to autonomous operation: only one employee is needed for tasks before and after sessions, while players are completely independent during gameplay.
The required space is optimized, with an area of 20 to 40 m² per room. A 250 m² complex can accommodate up to eight rooms, with a minimum of five rooms to start. This setup allows up to 40 players every 60 minutes, meaning more than 400 participants per day with eight rooms in operation.
Each room offers exceptional replayability, featuring three to six games and ten levels per game, resulting in 30 to 60 levels per room. The experience is fully immersive, plunging players into a futuristic universe where they become the protagonists of a real-life video game. This activity is suitable for a wide audience: families (children from 6 years old), friends, colleagues, team-building groups, or birthday parties.
Reliability is a key advantage thanks to autonomous management software and a locally managed customer database. The rooms can also be customized with themed decorations, such as blacklight environments. Session durations are flexible, ranging from 10 minutes to over 2 hours, depending on your needs.
A customer tracking system enhances the experience: players can check their individual or cumulative ranking and redeem their points for attractive rewards. The pricing is competitive, ranging from €13 to €18 for 60 minutes of gameplay to attract the maximum number of participants.
Player flow management is optimized for smooth operations: departures can be scheduled every 15 minutes with a total of 12 players per rotation. A dedicated player app also allows you to launch marketing campaigns and directly engage with your customer base.
